HB 658 IRC has no Official stance on this Bill we have chosen to remain Neutral

The language in the HB 658 bill that was passed by both the Senate and the House is “if the property adjoins or is contained within public lands, the fence line adjacent to public land is posted with conspicuous “no trespassing” signs or bright orange or fluorescent paint at the corners of the fence adjoining public land and at all navigable streams, roads, gates and rights-of-way entering the private land from the public land”. This insures motorized users have notice and it is posted.
We are sorry so much bad and misinformation has been presented by those groups opposing the bill, apparently wanting to protect wrongdoers and trespassers. I hope people are reading the bill before taking a position and not relying on fake news and social media blasts.
